How to cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at anytime right from your subscription page. If you cancel before the end of your subscription period, you will still be able to use the MailG Premium features up to the last day of the subscription.

How to update my subscription?

You can update your subscription at anytime right from your subscription page. You will be automatically charged or credited for the price difference with the new subscription.

What is your refund policy?

If you cancel your Premium subscription within 30 days of the purchase, you will be eligible for a full refund. Please contact our support team to request a refund at [email protected].

Is it included in my Google Workspace plan?

No. MailG is not related to Google in any way. Your Google Workspace subscription does not cover MailG as this app is not made by Google.

What forms of payment do you accept?

You can purchase Premium with any major credit card, Google Pay and Apple Pay. We do not support PayPal.

Why is free Gmail limited to about 500 emails per day?

MailG Professional allows up to 1,500 emails per day, but Google itself limits free @gmail.com accounts to roughly 500 sends per day. Google Workspace accounts can go higher. This is a Gmail provider limit, not a MailG limit.
